Huntington Tents Corp Policy

Delivery - set up - take down
Deliveries for tents are typically made starting Wednesday - Sunday or 1-2 days prior to event date.

• Deliveries for chairs and tables are made on same day unless requested otherwise.
• Pickups are made 1-2 days after event date everything must be ready for pick up.
• All rentals are considered a one day rental unless otherwise stated on invoice. Additional charges will be made per day of needing materials.
• Deliveries are given 2 hour time frame courtesy calls are done one day before.
• Our team does not set up table and chairs that is customers responsibility.

Reservation / Payment Terms / Cancellation Policies

• When reserving with Huntington Tents Corp we require a 50% deposit.
• Final payments must be made in full on day of delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancelation or change of date will have a fee applied.
• Customer is responsible for having area of tent installation cleared before our team arrives to install and to take down.
• Renter must be present on day of tent installation tents will note be moved for any reason.
• All of our tent packages include linens as a courtesy they are white and are to all be returned together with rental, nothing will be deducted if you do not want them.
• Tent packages cannot be adjusted if less material is needed, in addition if more material is needed an extra fee will apply.
• Equipment is inspected when returned customers will be charged an additional fee if our material is damaged or missing.
• No open fire is to be under tent for any reason.
• Customer is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment while in customers possession. Charges will be applied if anything is missing or damaged.

Agreement

• Customer who makes a contract with Huntington Tents Corp agrees to have a valid credit card on file, you authorize Huntington Tents Corp to save your credit card information and to charge all sums due to us at any time during the term, including but not restricted to damages and unreturned items.
• Customers are also responsible for any disputes made or anything in that case that comes back to us with an additional $35.00 fee.
